Banana Pudding

1: Whip together the condensed milk and cold water for about 1 minute.

2: Add in the powdered vanilla pudding and mix together.

3: Cover the mixture with cling wrap, touching the pudding mixture to avoid a thick crust.

4: Let the mixture sit in the fridge for 3-4 hours or overnight.

5: Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.

6: Gently fold the pudding mixture into the whipped cream.

7: Crush the Nilla wafers and lotus biscuits, and slice the bananas.

8: In a trifle bowl, layer as follows: pudding, wafers, bananas, and crushed lotus biscuits. Repeat for 3 more layers, ending with the custard mixture.

9: Decorate the top with crushed lotus biscuits.

10: Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
