Deliciously spiced chicken seekh kebabs made from equal parts chicken breast and thigh, combined with onions, garlic, ginger, and a blend of spices. Perfectly grilled or air-fried for a tasty meal.
Process the onions until smooth and squeeze out the water using a cloth.
In the food processor, add the ginger, garlic, and green chilies and process until smooth.
In a stand mixer bowl, combine the chicken with the onion mixture and all remaining ingredients.
Mix the mixture on medium to high until thin, white strands form (about 6-9 minutes).
Refrigerate the mixture for at least 3 hours, or preferably marinate overnight.
Soak wooden skewers in water if using them. Form the kebabs on wooden or metal skewers.
Grill, pan fry, or air fry the kebabs (air fry at 350°F for 7 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 3 minutes).
Brush with melted butter and serve hot.
