Mix together boiled spaghetti, chicken, corn flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Set aside for 10 minutes.
Slice white onion, chop garlic, slice ginger, chop spring onions, slice cabbage, and thinly slice carrots.
In a medium to large wok or pan over high heat, add a few tablespoons of oil. Once it starts to glisten, add the chicken. Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side, then remove from the wok.
In the same pan (no extra oil), fry the sliced onions until golden brown. Add aromatics and fry for 2 minutes.
Add the sliced vegetables, season with salt and pepper, and fry until slightly wilted. Remove the vegetables and place them with the chicken.
In the wok on high heat, add 2 tablespoons of oil and the boiled noodles. Fry until lightly charred.
Mix in the sauce, starting with a few tablespoons and adjusting to taste. When noodles change color, add the chicken and vegetables back in.
Mix everything well, adjust seasonings if necessary, and serve garnished with thick-cut spring onions.
