These crispy Chinese pakoras are made using National's Chatpatta Pakora mix and complemented with delicious sauces. The pakoras are infused with a variety of chopped vegetables and sauces that enrich their flavor. Perfect for satisfying cravings, serve these with National’s green chili sauce for an extra kick.

Instructions

1: Mix the National Chat Patta Pakora mix with some water to achieve a slightly thick consistency. Add in all the other ingredients except the vegetables to make a smooth batter. Add the vegetables and mix until combined.

2: Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Test the oil by inserting a chopstick; if it bubbles around it, the oil is ready.

3: Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the oil and avoid touching them for 2 minutes. Lightly release the bottoms from the pan if they stick.

4: Flip the pakoras and ensure they achieve a nice golden color.

5: Serve with National’s green chili sauce and enjoy.
