Instructions

1: Mix the flour with all the seasonings and sprinkle it over the chicken.

2: Air fry the chicken in batches for 15 mins or pan fry until golden.

3: Fry the garlic ginger paste in 2 tbsp of oil and add the spices, the onions, and the tomatoes along with the green chilies.

4: Sprinkle the water over this mixture and let it reduce until the oil separates over medium heat.

5: Beat the yogurt with very little salt and set aside.

6: To serve, pour the tomato mixture into a flat dish.

7: Add the chicken on top.

8: Pour the yogurt over the chicken.

9: Make the tarka with the ingredients listed; when fragrant and the garlic is a medium golden color, pour that over the yogurt.

10: Garnish and serve.

11: This can be eaten hot or cold.
