These gourmet boxed brownies are made simple with a brownie mix, oil, water, and eggs, plus the delightful addition of toffee bits or chocolate chips. 1 box brownie mix

2 tbsp peanut butter

½ cup oil

Instructions

1: Set oven to 325°F or as indicated on the brownie box.

2: In a bowl, mix the brownie mix, oil, water, and eggs until combined.

3: Add in toffee bits or chocolate chips and mix well.

4: Pour the batter into a prepared greased 13 x 9 inch pan.

5: In a quart zip lock bag, add peanut butter and snip one side to create a piping bag.

6: Pipe a few lines of peanut butter on top of the batter and bake for 5 minutes to soften the peanut butter.

7: Pull the tray out and swirl the peanut butter into a pattern.

8: Sprinkle frozen berries on top.

9: Return the tray to the oven and bake for 30 minutes for a fudge brownie.

10: Let the brownie cool down and cut with a plastic knife for a clean cut.

11: Serve with a hot cup of espresso or with ice cream.
