Delicious homemade burgers made with ground chicken breast and thigh, seasoned to perfection and served with a flavorful sauce. The patties are fried and topped with cheese, while caramelized onions add sweetness to the dish. Perfect for any meal and can be customized with your favorite toppings.
Mix the ground chicken with all the seasonings, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Set aside to marinate for at least an hour.
Form the marinated mixture into patties and make a dent in the center to prevent shrinking while cooking.
Fry the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Add cheese slices and cover with a lid to melt the cheese.
For the sauce, mix together mayo, mustard, ketchup, hot sauce, honey, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and BBQ sauce. Set aside.
To caramelize onions, slice the onion and cook with a pinch of salt, butter, and olive oil on low heat for 30 minutes until golden brown. Add to the sauce.
Toast the burger buns, spread the sauce on each bun, place the patty, and add toppings of your choice.
